About

I’m a Venezuelan-born, Atlanta-raised graduate from Emory University. Halfway through my last semester of college, I realized that my path was not research in linguistics or genetics, as I’d thought throughout my undergrad years. Instead, I wanted to do graphic design and illustration. This is probably the scariest decision I’ve ever made, but it’s time I take the plunge into it and fully commit.

This blog is simply a way for me to monitor my own progress as I go through my MA in graphic design at SCAD Atlanta. There will be links, resources, commentary on the fields as I research, and the occasional artwork, writing piece, and photograph.

Thanks for visiting, and I hope you find something interesting!
